Ceramis and Raku
I took a sabbatical at Harvard University in 2012-2013, with a Weatherhead Center for International Affairs fellowship. While studying and working on propaganda, press freedom, and democracy, my wife Graciela and I took a semester on ceramic art at the Office of the Arts at Harvard. There, several ceramic and porcelain sculptures were born. Then, back in my studio in Miami, I occasionally work on small sculptures with plaster, wood, and wire, as you can appreciate on the previous subcategory.
